Ivor K. Lee is the founder of Leever Business Advisory Inc., bringing over 20 years of finance and accounting leadership across Canada, the U.S., and multi-national markets. His career spans public corporations, private equity–backed enterprises, and high-growth private firms, where he has led finance teams from 3 to 300 people and managed revenues from $10M to $1B+. Known for blending strategic vision with hands-on execution, Ivor has guided companies through liquidity events, integrations, turnarounds, and growth transformations — always with a focus on clarity, control, and sustainable success.
